TERMS AND CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE :
Payment of your order will constitute an acceptance of all sales terms and conditions as shown below.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHOD :
- Secured Credit Card Payment (VISA / MASTERCARD) up to 4000 EUR.
- Bank Wire Transfer (no limit).
All listed prices on this website are VAT excluded.

SHIPMENTS :
Orders are generally dispatched within 10 days after payment is received
(Our IR Illuminators are super high quality material - we mount every order with the required specifications)

TESTS :
Every product is being tested prior to shipment and thus, only product in perfect working order will be shipped to you.

RETURN POLICY :
No product can be turned back without the prior agreement of VirtuaVia (RMA number).

As being the original purchaser, you have the right to return to us the product during a period of time not exceeding 30 business days (after product arrival), international tracking numbers will stand as a proof.
Returned products will only be accepted provided they have not actually been missused. In case those conditions are met, we will refund you of your order with the exclusion of any shipping fees (both one-way and return shipping fees).

Our products are under 3 or 5 year warranty (check product page for more details).
This warranty shall neither apply to improper customer's use nor to improper customer's product mounting.
