The Premium PSU includes all the features of the standard PSU plus a photocell following contact and a 12vdc output (for cameras etc).
The photocell following contact can be used to switch day / night cameras into black and white mode in conjunction with the illuminator.
Standard PSU features PLUS:

Suitable for LV camera supply
